A Utah native, Joe Davis has had a complete experience of what the amazing “Park City Lifestyle” has to offer. Competing for the US in the winter sliding sport of Skeleton at the Olympic Park (1999-2003) gave Joe a more intimate sense of the amazing opportunities for families in beautiful Park City.
Besides living and competing here, Joe has been deeply involved in Park City Real estate for nearly 25 years. Since 1995 he has been a respected High-Value Home Inspector and Risk Management Advisor for companies such as USAA, State Farm, Farmers Insurance; and when it comes to luxury homes Joe has seen, and inspected, it all.
For the last few years, he has enjoyed sharing the stories and history of Park City and Utah in general as an Anchor and Reporter for the NBC affiliate KSL and as the former Host of the Mountain Morning Show on PCTV (Park City Television). In addition, he proudly continues serving as a Public Affairs Broadcast Journalist for the United States Air Force.
