About Bryan James Stark

Thank you so much for visiting my profile. I’ve been in the real estate industry for 13 years, 11 of those as an agent, and I love what I do! I became interested in real estate when my wife and I decided to build our first home 15 years ago(back when you could build a home for $120,000). We trusted the builder and lender would move things along smoothly. A few weeks after we moved into our new home we started getting phone calls and letters from contractors our builder had neglected to pay. They all said they had recorded liens on our property and it was now our obligation to pay them. Disbelief turned to frustration when I discovered they were right! Our builder had used the money from our loan to pay off other debts and left us with thousands of dollars to pay. After legal battles, thousands of dollars lost, and years of frustration, I decided I didn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. As I look back on it now, I’m grateful for that experience because it led me into real estate. It also helped me understand the importance of becoming an expert in the many nuances of real estate. It is so much more than sales, and I love being a consultant for my clients. I would love to have the opportunity to meet with you and answer all your questions about buying or selling a home.
