I have worked with Clint a few times and would always recommend him. In 2004, he helped us sale our condo in an area that was struggling. He was professional, on time, and always great to update on the status of things. In 2011, he simple gave me good feedback and input on questions I had in selling my home in Draper. Then later that year he helped my parent's purchase their home in Draper. Clint is not pushy. He is personal. He wants to help his buyer find exactly what they want, where they want it, and within their budget. He is an excellent agent to work with and is always dependable and professional.

Having been in the mortgage industry for 19 years I can honestly say that Clint did a GREAT job for them as their agent. He was very attentive to their needs and the things that they were looking for in a home. I would highly recommend Clint to any of my clients that are in need of a good real estate agent.

Clint is well informed about market home values in the Salt Lake valley, and has a knack for finding great deals. I am a mortgage loan officer and have been for 14 years, so I have had a great deal of experience with realtors and Clint is the best. Of all the realtors I know I chose him to help my family and I when we needed to move. He is very observant, friendly, and professional. He has an easy no pressure style and yet a sense of urgency about the business that is hard to find in a real estate agent.

Even in a "family" situation were he was not going to get a commision he treated us as if he was getting paid and always gave his honest opinion. He gets what your looking for and can help avoid those homes that he knows will be a waste of your time.
