In 2006, they built the first real estate website to ever use Google Maps to plot homes for sale on a map, Blueroof.com, and the real estate brokerage behind it, BlueRoof Real Estate, which they sold to Prudential Real Estate in 2007. In 2008 they founded BlueRoof360, a technology company which helps other brokerages and agents learn how to utilize technology in their business. Greg began speaking on a national level, coaching real estate brokerages to use technology and training some of the most successful agents in the country.
