He began his real estate career with a strong focus on land development, new construction, and residential sales, and over the years has built a reputation for clear communication, strategic thinking, and getting results without the drama. In 2008, he founded THE Effective Agent Real Estate Company, centered on one principle: enriching lives through real estate. He’s also coached and trained other agents in business systems and smart use of technology, raising the bar for client service in the industry.
Micah is the proud father of seven amazing kids, with two grandchildren (and one more on the way). He’s been happily married for 28 years (as of Feb 2025). Outside of work, you’ll find him mountain biking, playing soccer, jumping off rocks into cold lakes, or snowboarding with his kids. He and his family also love rock hounding across Utah and crafting jewelry from their finds. Lately, he’s learning woodworking and acrylic painting as new creative outlets.
