Born near the picturesque Bay Area in California, Shawna Nicholls, embodies the spirit of adaptability and resilience. From a young age, Shawna's life was a whirlwind of change that took her across the breadth of America. By the time she reached adulthood, Shawna had relocated an astounding 18 times, spanning six different states: California, Washington State, North Carolina, Arizona, Missouri, and Hawai’i. This nomadic upbringing provided Shawna with a unique perspective, allowing her to intimately understand the complexities of uprooting one's life and starting anew. Now firmly rooted in the beautiful state of Utah, Shawna has made her home amidst the majestic landscapes and vibrant communities of the Beehive State. Here, she has established herself as a pillar of the real estate industry, drawing upon her diverse experiences to guide others in finding their own piece of Utah paradise. In addition to her career pursuits, Shawna finds her greatest joy in her family. With her husband, five children, three daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, and six grandchildren, Shawna understands the deep family bonds and enduring connections that span across generations.
