I began my real estate career as an investor in 2009, focusing on seller-financed transactions and house flips. I’ve been licensed in Utah, California, and Hawaii, and currently hold a broker license in Florida and an agent license in Utah. I’ve earned the CLHMS designation with Guild recognition for luxury home sales, as well as the RCC (Residential Construction Certification) and CHNS (Certified New Home Specialist) designations.
I also hold a bachelor’s degree in finance from BYU, which gives me a strong foundation for analyzing deals, managing budgets, and helping clients make informed decisions—whether they’re building a dream home or making a smart investment.
