Jackie Kingston started Noble Real Estate in 2023 and currently serves as the Principal Broker for the company. A 15-year commercial real estate veteran, Ms. Kingston has substantial expertise in asset management and the representation of tenants and landlords for real estate sales and leasing transactions in the industrial, land, retail, office and multifamily sectors. Her experience allows her to provide best-in-class client advocacy with a focus on the intricacies of the Utah market. Whether she is selecting the next expansion site for a tenant’s growing business, managing tours and leasing on behalf of a landlord, or buying and selling real estate, Ms. Kingston’s grasp of the commercial real estate industry makes her a force to be reckoned with all along the Wasatch Front.

Prior to her 5 years of sales and leasing experience, Ms. Kingston served as the COO of Commercial Property Management Services (CPMS) where she led an asset management team who serviced more than 200 million square feet of property that included office buildings, warehouses, retail centers, land and multifamily. During her 12 years with the company, she developed and implemented systems that improved overall efficiency and productivity while substantially lowering overhead and improved the bottom line.
