About Me

I have had the great pleasure of growing up in one of my favorite places in the world, Utah. Where else can you find fabulous skiing and snowmobiling, great entertainment, warm and friendly people and beautiful mountains and lakes? I was born and raised in Sandy, Utah. Also, I spent time living in San Diego, CA and Park City, UT. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my teenage son, River, which usually means watching him play baseball. We love the great outdoors and enjoy snowmobiling, hiking, paddle-boarding, biking, skiing, camping and going to music festivals.  After graduating with a Masters in Accounting, I spent 15 years working as an Accountant for a local CPA firm. I worked closely with commercial real estate companies, individual investors and property management companies. This is how I discovered my passion for real estate.  I have watched what the power of Real Estate can create. I have watched people become so connected with what owning a home represents – an end to instability, increased accountability, to achieving a goal.  I have watched as families work together to create something amazing, a place to call their own and create lasting memories. I have watched Real Estate build confidence in a person who never thought they would get to be a homeowner. I have watched people become more attached and connected to their community and neighborhood, all through Real Estate. It is so much more than a mere transaction. Real Estate is about people and making lasting connections. I approach my business the same way I approach life – it’s all about the relationships and connections.   When I meet with a new potential client, my intention is to create RAVING FANS. It’s not about the house or property, it’s not about the price tag.  I want their experience with me to be so incredible that they can’t help but tell everyone they know. I listen to what they really want, not what I think I can find for them. I am personally invested in what happens in the life of this person.  Whether the deal goes through or not is irrelevant; that person and my relationship with them is my focus.
