Chris has been in the housing and development industry for over two decades.

Working mainly as a broker/lender for both public and private groups, Chris has assisted in closing just about every purchase situation for just about every type of buyer imaginable. Including; land, construction, SFR homes, multi-family homes, apartment buildings, commercial properties, developments and more.

Chris' greatest interest is his family. He has a beautiful wife, Trista and 3 amazing children, Zayden, Hailey and Leah. They live in Draper with their Breezy.

Second to family is the great outdoors. Chris is a professional paraglider pilot and instructor where he gets to go around the world teaching and enjoying one of humankind's greatest accomplishments; flight. He spends as much of his free time in the air as possible. If he is not flying, it is most likely due to weather which gives him time for other sports such as Real Estate. 

Chris and his family enjoys gardening and have been learning the ways of urban permaculture, trying to bring back nutrient dense foods and sustainable living in our neighborhoods.
