Matt has experience in homebuilding, real estate development and asset management. Matt currently works for Peterson Development and Peterson Homes. Prior to the Peterson Companies, Matt lived in Dallas, Texas, where he gained institutional real estate investment experience working for both Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division and TIER REIT, an NYSE-traded REIT. Matt began his career with ICO Development in Salt Lake City.
Matt received a Master of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
