Started in real estate in 1988, I have closed a quarter of a Billion in Real Estate. I was Ranked in the Top 5 in Forbe's magazine in 93,94,95. I'm one of the original members of "Century 21 CIN" Commercial Investment Network. 
I'm an Expert in Commercial, Residential Real Estate, Mortgage lending, I've owned Mortgage and Real Estate companies over the years. as well as private lending company "Windriver Financial Group" in 1998 as a private money company private money loans on residential and commercial properties throughout the Western states. As an owner of several Investment companies:  White Elk Frontiers, White Elk Investments, White Elk Developments which buys, sells and develops real estate.
