Todd was born and raised in Utah and has been interested in the principles of individual freedom for most of his adult life. He was fortunate to have the opportunity to live under tyranny and oppression for multiple years in a third world country and learned firsthand the importance of property rights to overall liberty and wealth development and has been an advocate ever since.
Todd was raised in a real estate-oriented family; he owned his first investment property shortly after high school. His father was a real estate broker, who encouraged him to get his real estate license simply because of the obvious passion that Todd showed for real estate and property rights. Todd eventually followed the council of his father and was licensed in 1986 and spent multiple years as a real estate investor before beginning his career as a realtor.
After receiving his degree from the University of Utah he climbed the corporate ladder via materials, contracts, and operations management as well as lending but could not keep his eyes off his real passion of helping others create wealth and freedom via real estate. He thoroughly enjoys working with people by assisting them in achieving their real estate goals and dreams.
He utilizes his experience in materials and operations management as well as contracts to bring a full spectrum of counsel and services to effectively market, negotiate, and ultimately to provide a great deal for and behalf of his clients.
