Having over 20 years of experience as a Realtor, as well as a Principal Broker owning my own brokerage and managing numerous agents throughout the years, I can truly say this industry is not something anyone should navigate alone. It is not a DIY type industry unless you know exactly how to handle every detail of the entire process. Being my own broker gives me the ability to do so without having anyone to report to. In fact, I’ve never charged a full commission in all the years I’ve been in the industry. Most importantly, reduction in commission usually means lesser service. Not with me. You always get the hard-working and always by your side professional regardless of what’s in it for me.
