About Me

Steve Randall is the owner and broker for Welch Randall Realty and Property Management.   Steve is a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE); the Power Producer Network; and a past member of the Board of Directors for the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service where he served as the board chairman.

Steve specialize in working with investors who want to use real estate for retirement income, working with Buyers (especially first time buyers), National RELO clients, and Seller's wishing to market their homes quickly and for the highest possible price. 

Over the past 30 years, Steve has purchased or started over 20 companies in his business career.  Steve's first investment property was purchased in 1974, and he has been investing in real estate ever since. Steve attended the University of Utah and Weber State University.  He received his real estate training from the Stringham Real Estate School for his Agent and Broker"s license.  He has also received special training in relocation and buyer' services, and has his ABR, CIAS, CDPE, CNE, and MBO designation along with his broker's license. Steve is the recipient of the Sterling, Crystal, and Golden RPAC awards.  Steve currently serves on the Utah Apartment Association Board of Directors as President-Elect.

Steve has served in the community in various capacities including President of the Utah Transit Authority.  During the time that Steve has served on the Board of Trustees, UTA has twice been awarded National Transit System of the year.  The Authority has also purchased land and constructed the new TRAX light rail system. Steve served as President of Board when UTA purchased 185 miles of right of way for the new commuter rail system between Payson and Brigham City.Steve is a recipient of the Transportation Honor Roll Award from UTA.
