Kelly grew up in the small mountain town of Big Bear Lake, California, enjoying 4 seasons a year of resort town recreation and a vibrant tourism industry. The Hannah family owned and operated 9 unit motel and a property management company, the success of which required that each member of the family contribute. Kelly, along with his family could be found serving guests at any given time. Kelly became a competitive alpine ski racer and moved to Salt Lake City at 14 years old where he was a boarding student at Rowmark Ski Academy, achieving national success exemplified by championship wins at the Junior Olympics and invitations to the U.S. Nationals. While at Rowland Hall St. Marks School Kelly embraced education, discovering new levels of study that lead him away from ski racing. He attended Whitman College and graduated from the University of Utah. After university, Kelly spent 5 years working on production teams for the television series Promised Land and Touched by an Angel, and local feature films. Placing high value on family time, Kelly left film production and returned to his real estate roots. He earned his Real Estate License in 1999 and is was the managing broker of RE/MAX Associates Sugarhouse between 2007-2010. He is currently the principal broker of Eightline Real Estate. Kelly has earned the industrys most respected designations; GRI, CRS and CDPE, MCNE and volunteers on professional committees and with local community organizations. Kelly strives toward excellence in the delivery of premier, individually tailored real estate service while maintaining a consistent focus on the clients priorities before, during, and after the transaction.
