About Me

I have been working in real estate since 1998. I earned my broker license and started my own company Cottage & Castle Realty in 2014.

My area of specialization has been Sandy since 2010. I do about half or more of my work right here in the city that I know and love best.

When I work with buyers I am always patient because I know it can take a while to find the right house. I never "cheerlead" in order to ramp up excitement and "inspire" my buyers to offer quickly with a high offer. I provide lots of information and protect my buyers' financial position.

When working with sellers I outdo all my competition by pulling out all the marketing stops. Internet and print ads in addition to MLS exposure set me well apart from my competition. And I get it all done with a 5% listing.
