About Me

Dawn Bear grew up on her family's ranch, The Bear Ranch, in Elko County. After graduating from Elko High, she attended the University of Nevada to earn a BS in Science in 1995. Dawn has been a Nevada REALTOR since 2005.

Dawn is passionate about selling Real Estate by acquiring the best photos and descriptions for the property so it can be marketed in a way that sells it. Additionally, she enjoys finding the perfect property for buyers.

Dawn has two adult children. Her son, Teren Mitton, and daughter, Dea Mitton, are both real estate agents, making four generations of expertise in the field.

Dawn enjoys the outdoors, traveling, spending time with her children and friends, and searching for her next investment or adventure when she's not working hard for her clients.

Dawn's business has always been based in Elko County, but it has become more mobile since the pandemic and has expanded throughout the State of Nevada and into Utah. She enjoys the remote rural areas these Utah and Nevada have to offer. Traveling 2+ hours has become a normal thing for her. “Wherever her wheels take her," is how she rolls. Dawn Bear has buyers and sellers she is actively assisting throughout Nevada and is working hard to help her Utah clients acquire their dreams of home ownership.
