About Me

I was born in Page, Arizona and grew up in Big Water, Utah. I'm a Mother of 3: two rambunctious pre-teen boys, and a baby girl. My gift to them is to give them the very same childhood that I had in this scenic place. As the daughter of Rankin Realty's Owner/Broker Heather Rankin, I've watched Real Estate in Action since I was a child. Her example inspired me to show up for our region as a Real Estate professional, and I know I've found the career I'll spend the rest of my life doing. It is my belief that most properties have unique people that are meant for them. My mission is to build the bridge for those connections to take place. I seek to get to know a home, business, or vacant land parcel: to understand its characteristics, to imagine the specific buyer who would be healthy for it, and to carry that place in my head & heart as I actively search them out. I employ cutting edge technologies: graphic design, DSLR photography, high-tech 3D home tours, digital paperwork, buyer-lead capture, and more.
