I have been a real estate broker since 2004. In these 20 years I have helped orchestrate transactions in everything from the typical real estate deal, to For Sale By Owners, Foreclosures, Short Sales, and from First Time Home Buyers to Million Dollar Deals.
For all my Professional Career I have either worked in construction or in real estate, and I enjoy how the two go hand in hand. Having started out in construction and having had a General Contractor’s License in 2 states and doing everything from small remodel projects to building complete houses, this has helped me get to know the real estate industry better.
What I truly enjoy about both careers is the opportunity to work with people and help them get exactly what they want. Nothing makes me happier than having a very satisfied customer that would gladly refer me to their friends and family. The way I conduct my business and why my previous clients recommend me so highly, is because I strive to be honest, trustworthy, reliable, professional, capable, responsible, and going above and beyond for my clients.
In both professions I have found the importance of having excellent communication skills and being a problem solver. Clearly understanding that this may well be the largest investment of my client, whether buying or selling, helps me to really be thorough and conscientious as we navigate through the buying or selling process. As is the intent to have things go as smoothly as possible, occasionally unforeseen things can arise. This is where being an expert problem solver is so important. Having many years of problem-solving experience in both real estate and construction, has proven to be invaluable and has helped my clients be happy clients.
I have been married to my wife Charlene since 1997, and we love spending time with our 2 awesome kids, Caleb and Sierra. Aside from golfing and exploring all this area has to offer with my family, I really enjoy helping people with their real estate needs, either buying or selling.
