Attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah 1975-1979. Alumni Member Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Married to Allison since 1989. Children: Brittany, Nicholas. Full-time Wasatch-Summit County, Utah residents.

David is a Lifetime Member of the Park City Board of Realtors Professional Achievement Masters Club, National Association of Realtors, served for 10+ years of the Utah Association of Realtors Professional Standards and Grievance Committees. David has experience as a Certified Continuing Education Instructor. David holds a Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) Designation, a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation, a Designation in the institute for Luxury Marketing, and member of KW Luxury International. David has participated in community services from coaching little league baseball and football teams, to serving on the Park City Recycle Utah Board of Directors.
