Customer service is a skill that I have put everything into mastering over the years. I still believe in the Golden Rule -" Treat others the way you want to be treated." I am a realist and understand what it takes to conquer the real estate qualms. I love real estate and it runs in my blood. My aunt is an interior designer and I have built two homes from the ground up: a town home in Park City, Ut that sold fully furnished it one day and a 6500 square foot home on 10 acres of property. I have bought and sold several homes, I have remodeled homes from the inside out and have vast and extensive experience dealing with construction and contractors. I have had major upsets and setbacks and have also experienced delight and joy in the remodeling world. I know what it feels like to be let down and disappointed by someone who is supposed to represent you and would never allow that to happen to a client I am representing. I have ideas and insight into home ownership and have unique ideas to get you the home you desire and want. As much as I am inexperienced I have studied and learn new things everyday to make myself more knowledgeable in the industry. Even if I don't have the answer I know the resources to get it, and will be honest and forthcoming in all of my dealings on all sides of the table. I have been in situations that are not ideal and know how to navigate through those with grace. I have negotiation skills that have been honed over time in all my work experiences. I am an understanding, compassionate and driven real estate agent who will represent you with pride.
