While studying at Weber State University, he came across books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and Set for Life, which inspired him to start buying rental properties. By his mid-20s, and still a student, he had built a small but profitable portfolio and quickly realized how essential real estate is to building long-term wealth. What began as a plan to supplement his own retirement soon grew into a full-blown passion—writing blogs, creating videos, and doing everything he could to encourage friends and family to invest as well.
That passion and early success naturally evolved into a full-time career as a real estate agent. Brad genuinely loves the field and thrives on the creativity it allows—whether it’s in negotiating, problem-solving, or finding ways to make homeownership more affordable. He prides himself on being a knowledgeable expert in the local market, upholding strong fiduciary standards, and being highly responsive to his clients.
After several years as a top-producing agent with Equity Real Estate, Brad partnered with his favorite builder, Nilson Homes. Today, he specializes in their portfolio—which ranges from townhomes to large single-family homes throughout Weber and Davis Counties—helping buyers find new-construction homes that fit their lifestyle, budget, and long-term goals.
