I am committed to excellence. 

During my 30 years as a real estate professional I have earned the highest residential practitioner designation, amongst others bestowed by the National Association of Realtors.  As Principal Broker of my own company I also hold the highest real estate license issued by the State of Utah.  My accomplishments rank me in the top 3% of all Realtors nationwide.  My ongoing desire for excellence as a real estate expert translates into superior service that my clients appreciate and have come to expect. 

Major Accomplishments:

*Successfully self-employed from 1983 to present.

*Obtained Real Estate Broker License in 1997 after successful completion of additional education and proof of 3 years experience and production at sales agent status obtained in 1994.

 *Active Real Estate Investor owning and operating multiple income properties at a substantial profit while maintaining high quality maintenance standard.
