The closest town with services (gas, motel, restaurants, etc.) is Snowville. North of the property there is a cattle ranch which has several water pivots. This ranch also has power. But power lines are about 5 miles away at the nearest point. There are many recreational uses for this land and several points of interest surrounding it including: Kelton – Ghost town about 4 miles from property Old Railroad Grade Road – Still has bridges and trusses visible. Several informational signs along the road. Golden Spike Historic Park Old Fill Trail – Hiking trail with educational walking tour Northrup Grumman Rocket Display This would be a great property for someone who wanted some property for off grid living. It would also be a great place for an ATV enthusiast. Vegetation mostly consists of prairie grass and sagebrush. I have seen rabbits, deer, and antelope in the area. directions: 1. Start at the old railroad grade from Kelton and head east for 2 to 3 miles. 2. Continue until you reach the cattle guard fence. 3. Turn north and follow the orange ribbons on the fence. 4.
