There is also a surround sound system in the living room and theatre room, and a pre-wired smart home system with nine security cameras in and around the house with an ADT alarm system that all transfer to the new owners. The warranties on the gutters, leaf guards, shutters, Generac, and holiday light system are all transferrable.
